When the sales papers came out this past weekend for the local toy store, the kids hijacked it and took it off to their bedroom. I knew that it was time for them to start making their Christmas lists and figured that they’d come back with a huge list. Instead, what they did was brought the sales paper back with everything circled in red that they wanted to have. The one common theme between both children was that they both wanted several Wii video games each. They also informed me that the Wii video games were on sale and that I should definitely get them before they sold out, because for those prices they wouldn’t stick around long. I laughed, because I figured they’d probably heard something similar on the television, but of course I know something they don’t know. I know that I can get the Wii video games online for a better price than the sale price at the toy store. This morning I thought I’d browse and see what I could find and I was able to find all four Wii video games in a matter of minutes. As I suspected the prices were better than the sale price so rather than waiting, I ordered them all. Of course they won’t know that until Christmas morning.
